Getting there & access

  • Fish from: land-based or boat
  • Boat ramp: Two DBCA-listed boat launches: Bundegi (north of Exmouth, for Exmouth Gulf and the northern marine park) and Tantabiddi Boat Ramp (for the northern part of Ningaloo Marine Park)
  • Facilities: Toilets (Bundegi and Tantabiddi)

Shore fishing is permitted on Bundegi Beach, which lies in a Recreation Zone of Ningaloo Marine Park. Fishing is not permitted in sanctuary zones such as Tantabiddi and Bundegi Sanctuary Zones. Check the zone map before fishing and confirm current WA DPIRD licence and marine park rules.
